Precautions for safety of steel bar processing

First, mechanical operators

1, each shift before the operation, must check the hoist wire rope, pulley, hook, anchor, electrical equipment, lighting facilities, etc., anchor and protective device should be complete and reliable, confirm the safety before the operation.
2. Operators should be trained to understand the structure, performance and use of mechanical equipment, and master the safety technical knowledge of use, maintenance and cultivation. And shall be in accordance with the requirements of cleaning, adjustment, firmness, anti-corrosion, lubrication, maintenance of machinery.
3. When power failure occurs in the operation of electric machinery, the power supply should be cut off immediately. Stop the machine in order before finishing the work, cut off the power supply, lock the brake box and clean the work place before leaving the site. Circuit faults should be eliminated by professional electricians, non-electricians are strictly prohibited from connecting, disassembling and repairing electrical equipment.
4, electric machinery switch box must be installed in accordance with the provisions of leakage protector, and should be sensitive and effective.
5, mechanical operation must be tied up cuffs, clothes, buckle buckle, do not wear gloves. Long hair should not be exposed.
6, the mechanical operation should be empty before the operation, the height is normal before the operation. Mechanical chains, gears and belts and other transmission parts, must be installed protective cover or protective plate.
7. When the hoist is running, personnel are strictly prohibited from approaching the steel wire rope of cold drawing steel bar and pulling steel bar.
8. The guide pulley shall not use an open pulley, and the distance between the hoist and the guide pulley shall not be less than 5cm. For maintenance or shutdown, the power must be cut off and the door must be locked.
9, the equipment with counterweight control must be matched with the pulley, and there is a sign indicating the rise and fall or a special person to command. The lifting height of the counterweight box should be limited to within 300mm from the ground. Balustrades and warning signs should be set up around the counterweight frame.

Two, manual processing and binding

1. Before operation, the working environment and lighting facilities must be checked, and the trial operation shall meet the safety requirements before operation. Operators on duty must pass the safety training and examination.
2. Steel and semi-finished products must be neatly stacked according to specifications. Reinforcement shall not be centrally stacked on scaffolding. It shall be transported along with use.
3, electric machinery switch box must be installed in accordance with the provisions of leakage protector, and should be sensitive and effective.
4, long hair should not be exposed, should wear safety helmet.
5, after the work is finished, the application of tools to remove the iron head, do not wipe with hand or blow with mouth. The cut steel and semi-finished products must be put neatly in accordance with the specifications.
6, lift reinforcement personnel should coordinate and cooperate with each other.
7, cut off long material, should set up a special person to stabilize the steel bar, the operation should be consistent. The short end of reinforcement shall be clamped with a steel tube sleeve clamp. When the steel bar is shorter than 30cm, a set of clamps should be used. Hand is strictly prohibited.
8. When cutting steel bars by hand, the clamp must be firm. The person who controls the cutting tool and the hammerer must stand at an oblique Angle. Do not operate face to face. There shall be no other personnel in the hammer working area. Hammers are not allowed to wear gloves.
9. When expanding the wire bar, the end should be clamped firmly. Before cutting off, it should be pressed firmly to prevent rebound injury.
10, artificial bending reinforcement, should be put flat wrench, force should not be too fierce.
11. The binding head of the steel bar should be bent back to the inside of the skeleton.
12, binding the foundation reinforcement, the laying of the walkway plate, the operator should walk on the walkway plate, shall not directly trample on the reinforcement. Deep foundation or night construction should use low pressure lighting fixtures.
13, in the high (2m or more), deep pit (groove) binding column, wall reinforcement should be built or operating platform, near the side to build a protective railing, work shall not stand on the steel skeleton, shall not climb the steel skeleton. The steel frame higher than 4m should be supported or pulled firmly.
When hoisting the steel bar skeleton, no one should be on the top. When the steel skeleton is within 1m from the position, the operator can be close to the auxiliary position. After being in place, the hook must be lifted after being supported firmly.
15. Check the stability of the wall of the groove (pit) before operation. There should be no easy falling objects on the edge of the groove.
16. When hoisting long reinforcement frame, control cable should be set up. The rope holder must not stand under the skeleton.
Lift, hoisting steel skeleton, must obey the command.
After the open processing of steel bars, snow should be removed first, anti-skid, remove mud and then work.
19. When suspending the binding, the rebar or skeleton should be checked and the connection should be firm before leaving the scene.
When binding columns and wall steel bars, do not stand on the steel skeleton or climb up and down the skeleton.
21, binding the foundation reinforcement, should be set up reinforcement support or horse stool, deep foundation or night construction should be used low pressure lighting lamps.
22, steel skeleton installation, below the station is strictly prohibited, must wait for the skeleton to fall to the floor, the ground within 1m close, in place to support, can pick hook.

Three, steel processing machinery operators

(1) the operator of cutting off machine

1. Before operation, it is necessary to check the cutting edge of the machine to make sure that the installation is correct, the blade has no crack, the bolt of the tool carrier is strong, the protective cover is firm, and then stir the pulley to check the gear clearance, adjust the blade clearance, and then operate after normal empty operation.

2. When using the cutting machine, the steel bar should be held straight and tightly, and the material should be fed into the blade when the moving cutter moves back, and the material should be fed into the blade when the fixed cutter is fixed, and the steel bar should be pressed on the side of the fixed cutter. It is strictly forbidden to move forward on the cutting knife

3. When using the cutting machine, the steel bar should be held straight and tightly, and the material should be fed when the moving cutter moves backward. It is strictly prohibited to hold the steel bar on both sides of the cutter at the same time and bend over to feed.

4. The steel bar should be cut off after straightening, and the total cross-sectional area of multiple steel bars should be cut off at a time within the specified range.

5. When cutting long material, the feeding table should be set, and the special person should be set to stabilize the steel bar, and the operation should be consistent. The length of the steel bar at the hand end shall not be shorter than 40cm, and the distance between the hand and the incision shall not be less than 15cm. When the steel bar less than 40cm is cut off, the steel pipe or pliers should be used to clamp the steel bar firmly. Direct feeding by hand is strictly prohibited.

6. It is strictly prohibited to remove iron filings, broken heads and other sundries by hand in the operation. Maintenance, refueling and replacement of parts are strictly prohibited during the operation of the machine.

7. If abnormal mechanical operation and blade skew are found, the machine should be stopped for maintenance immediately. In the steel bar pendulum range and near the blade, the operator shall not stay.

(two) derusting machine operators

1. Before rust removal, check whether the fixing bolts of the wire brush are loose, the lubrication of the transmission part and the good condition of the closed protective cover and dust removal equipment.

2. When using the derusting machine, dust masks, goggles and gloves should be worn.

3, rust removal should be carried out after the reinforcement straightening, the steel bar with hook shall not be on the rust removal machine. When operating, the steel bar should be leveled and clenched. The operator should stand on the side of the wire brush or sandblower. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the derusting machine.

4, the whole long steel bar derusting should be two cooperate with the operation, echo each other.
