The installation guide
The steel bar aligning and cutting machine must be installed smoothly, the material frame and the material groove should be installed flat and straight, and should be aligned with the guide drum aligning drum.
Align the center line of the barrel and the lower cutting hole.
The motor must be protected by zero connection.
Rotate the flywheel by hand, check the transmission mechanism and working device, adjust the clearance, tighten the bolts, start the empty operation after confirming that it is normal, and check that there is no abnormal sound of the suction bearing. Gear teeth good, to be normal operation, before the operation.
According to the diameter of the straightening steel bar, the appropriate straightening and transmission speed should be selected. The steel bar with a diameter of less than 2m or greater than 9m should be adjusted at a low speed. After debugging qualified, or feeding.
The material shall not be fed before the aligning block is not fixed and the protective cover is not covered. It is strictly forbidden to open the protective cover of each part and adjust the gap in the operation.
When the reinforcement is sent in, the hand and the pulley must keep a certain distance, not close.
Before feeding, the non-straight material head should be cut off. A 1m long steel pipe shall be installed in front of the guide barrel, and the steel bar shall first pass through the steel pipe and then be sent into the guide hole at the front end of the aligning. When the steel bar is penetrated, the hand must keep a certain distance from the press shaft.
After the operation, loosen the adjusting block of the aligning drum and return to the original position, and the prepressure spring must be returned to the position.
Do not use the object on the machine, to avoid the object vibration into the body.
Disc steel bar into the circle frame to be stable, tangled wire or steel bar off frame, must stop processing.
The steel bars that have been straightened must be divided into small blocks according to specifications, and the scattered steel bars should be cleaned and stacked neatly at any time.
